In Honor of My Brother

Today I ran 13.19 miles in honor of my brother, Aaron Avila.

13 years ago today, he passed.

With every breath and step I took, I leaned into the love, him, and I, continue to share as he journeys with me and supports me from Heaven.

I recommitted to love and believe in myself always.
And to practice having faith in myself, God, the Angels, and the Angels that walk amongst us.
I recommitted to living my life to the fullest.
I recommitted to embracing the light and the shadow.
I recommitted to seeking and creating more joy.
I recommitted to laughing more.
I recommitted to staying present and being in gratitude for all that is.
I recommitted to my life.

I LOVE you, Aaron Avila. You are still my big brother. I am still your little sister and I’m so grateful for the love we continue to share. May our love continue to expand.
